December 10, 2018 Catholic Schools Week is January 27, 2019 through February 2, 2019. National Catholic Schools Week, started in 1974, is the annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States. The theme for National Catholic Schools Week 2019 is “Catholic Schools: Learn. Serve. Lead. Succeed.” Through various events, Sacred Heart will focus on the value Catholic education provides to young people and its contributions to our church, our communities and our nation. We will have several events to celebrate Catholic Schools Week on both campuses. This is also a time to say thank you for supporting Catholic education in the Pine Belt area. Sacred Heart has been in Hattiesburg since 1900 and has educated generations of students. Many current students are third generation. Your support helps us continue our tradition of excellence.
