Sacred Heart Alumna Named SEC All-Freshman Team for Soccer

Hattiesburg, MS - The Southeastern Conference announced the 2022 Soccer awards naming Sacred Heart Alumna, Gracie Falla, as SEC All-Freshman Team. "First-team and second-team All-SEC honorees, All-Freshman team in addition to the individual awards were chosen by the league's 14 coaches" (The Official Website of the Southeastern Conference, 2022). 

Falla, class of 2022, led Sacred Heart Catholic School to three Mississippi State Championships (2017-19) in soccer, was named the District Most Valuable Player for basketball (2021), and was an excellent student in the classroom. She is currently playing Forward/Midfielder for The University of South Carolina Women's Soccer team where they won the 2022 SEC Tournament Title. South Carolina will await its fate in the NCAA tournament. First round action will be played November 11-13, while the second/third rounds will be held November 18 and 20, with the quarterfinals on November 25 or 26.
