Sacred Heart Catholic School currently holds 20 Mississippi High School Activities Association (MHSAA) team state championship titles in athletics:
- 2 State Championships in MHSAA 1A Powerlifting
- 7 State Championships in MHSAA 1A/2A Tennis
- 1 State Championship in MHSAA 1A Golf
- 3 State Championships in MHSAA 1A/2A/3A Boys' Soccer
- 7 State Championships in MHSAA 1A/2A/3A Girls' Soccer
In addition, Sacred Heart students hold individual player championships in six sports: Cross Country, Golf, Powerlifting, Swim, Tennis, and Track.
