Located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Sacred Heart Catholic School is a comprehensive, co-educational, college-preparatory school founded in 1900 by Father Sylvester Greimel and the Sisters of Mercy. With an average annual enrollment of more than 650 students in pre-kindergarten through 12th grade, our school is welcoming to all faiths and offers a solid foundation centered on individual growth, academic excellence, and community service.

Sacred Heart Catholic School is the largest school in the Diocese of Biloxi and is accredited by the Mississippi Department of Education. We are also part of the Mississippi High School Activities Association (MHSAA), holding 23 State Championship titles.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Education or higher and a valid teaching certification.
